Job summary

Swoon is hiring for our Global Manufacturing Client in Alpharetta, GA for a 12-month contract, onsite. The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers and cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and completion of complex projects, handling tracking, documentation, scheduling, logistics, and admin tasks to ensure milestones are achieved and the customer experience is positive.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and project teams with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Establish and coordinate project team activities to support successful project execution
  • Track critical project milestones and follow up on activities to support timely completion
  • Schedule meetings, project activities, deliveries, and service appointments
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to prepare, package, and ship parts, equipment, and project materials
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates to project stakeholders
  • Take and maintain shipment photos for documentation, tracking, and quality assurance purposes
  • Maintain accurate project, shipping, inventory, and administrative records
  • Coordinate and communicate with engineering, project management, procurement, logistics, and other internal teams
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential project documentation
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
  • Help ensure project activities contribute to a positive overall customer experience

Swoon is hiring for our Global Manufacturing Client in Alpharetta, GA and this will be a fully onsite role.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity to start.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. This role will assist with project tracking, documentation, scheduling, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and administrative support to help ensure project milestones are completed on schedule and customers receive a positive overall experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project professional looking to gain hands-on experience coordinating projects across engineering, project management, procurement, logistics, and production teams.

  • Primarily office-based: approximately 90% office / 10% production floor
  • PPE required when working on the production floor, including safety shoes and safety glasses
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods when needed
  • Team consists of approximately 15 Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators
