You like keeping things moving. Let’s make a career out of it.
Hey, KC! Have you been the person who keeps the group project on track, catches the details everyone else missed, or makes sure a deadline actually gets met? Our client is looking for someone who can bring that same energy to a Project Coordinator opportunity.
You’ll help take projects from the initial sale through design, production, and delivery. That means working with clients, creative teams, salespeople, and vendors to turn an idea into a finished product. You’ll see the results of your work and have a real hand in making them happen.
Your calendar will be full. So will your opportunity to learn.
On any given day, you might be confirming a client’s project details, checking a production timeline, ordering graphics or hardware, or working with the design team to keep a deadline on track. You’ll coordinate 25+ projects at different stages, so being organized needs to be more than a line on your resume.
We’re interested in what you’ve done and how that experience translates. Maybe you’ve coordinated events, supported client projects, managed competing deadlines, or kept a busy team organized.
Our client offers a fun, energetic environment with management dedicated to helping you succeed. Their core values are straightforward: Take ownership. Exceed expectations. Act urgently.
You’ll build practical experience in project coordination, client communication, purchasing, and production while contributing to work you can actually see come together.
Compensation is $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
