The role involves assisting Project Managers, coordinating resources, validating materials, and producing site reports. Strong communication and logistics experience are essential to drive projects forward.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with project kick-off sessions and coordination.
• Plan and coordinate resources for project execution as directed.
• Validate bill of materials, shipments, and inventory; process changes and expedited shipping.
• Support field resources with logistical and material requirements.
• Monitor site activity with daily reports and weekly roll-ups.
• Collaborate with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn needs and goals.
• Assist Operations Team with Travel/Expense, Product Orders, and Procurement.
• Contribute to operations documents and procedures.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of operational activities and working with all functional departments in support of DataOne’s mission.

Functional Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project kick-off sessions by scheduling planning and review calls with extended team members.
• Plan and coordinate resources associated required for project execution as directed by Project Manager.
• Validate bill of material with build out kits, shipments, tracking, and day one site inventory. Process change orders and/or expedited material shipping.
• Support field resources with logistical and material requirements and issues
• Monitor site activity with daily site reports and create weekly roll-up reports.
• Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
• Assist other members of the Operations Team (Travel/Expense, Product Orders, and Procurement) as needed.
• Contribute to operations documents/procedures.

Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination (any industry)
• 2+ years’ experience within the telecommunications or IT industry. Working knowledge of telecommunications services, products and terms.
• 2+ years’ experience with logistics (any industry) Possess well-developed communication and customer relationship skills.
• Team-oriented person with the ability to simultaneously interface with multiple work groups in an efficient and effective manner.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 suite of tools (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), Workday financial management S/W, and Salesforce CRM S/W.
