Job summary

DataOne Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of operational activities and collaborate with all functional departments to support DataONE’s mission. Responsibilities include scheduling kickoff sessions planning resources for project execution validating BOM supporting field logistics and generating weekly site reports.

3+ years in project coordination and IT/logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination
• 2+ years’ experience within telecommunications or IT industry
• 2+ years’ experience with logistics
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, and assertive
• Ability to perform responsibilities independently in a timely and organized manner
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Team-oriented with ability to interface with multiple work groups
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Workday, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project kickoff sessions by scheduling planning and review calls with extended team members
• Plan and coordinate resources required for project execution as directed by Project Manager
• Validate bill of materials with build-out kits shipments tracking and day one site inventory
• Process change orders and/or expedited material shipping
• Support field resources with logistical and material requirements and issues
• Monitor site activity with daily site reports and create weekly roll-up reports
• Work with team leaders managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
• Assist other members of the Operations Team as needed
• Contribute to operations documents/procedures
