Job description

Project Coordinator
  • Location: Chattanooga TN
  • Contract - Temp to Perm hire
  • Hourly pay range 25hr - 32hr (Depending on experience)
  • Must work without the need for sponsorship

The Product Coordinator will support new product development, product and changes, and field launches. This role requires the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of cross‑functional partners, strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and solid project leadership with high initiative and follow‑through.

This position provides the opportunity to build a strong foundation in product development while leading projects cross‑functionally throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Manager team in achieving annual NPI (New Product Introduction) plans
  • Participate in the development of annual NPI business plans
  • Ensure new products are launched successfully and communicated effectively to the commercial team
  • Assist with NPI sales tracking and monthly reporting
  • Support Product Managers in developing innovative product solutions
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure solutions align with end‑user needs and market demands
  • Assist in developing portfolio vision and product positioning through sales presentations, webinars, trade shows, and related activities
  • Partner with Category Management teams to bring new products to market
  • Coordinate activities between products and manufacturing plants to support new product development
  • Work with Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve packaging and maintain current product specifications
  • Champion project tasks across manufacturing plants to ensure successful execution
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process/product improvements
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Maintain product specifications across digital platforms and databases
  • Coordinate and execute product photography needs
  • Support competitor cross‑reference databases for competitive conversions and bids
  • Support Amazon sales initiatives, including A+ content, storefronts, and imagery
  • Maintain dashboards to track sales performance and key goals
  • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships
  • Increase organizational understanding of customers, products, and the external marketplace
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by Product Managers
  • Other duties as assigned
