Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a leading aerospace company in Bridgeport, WV. The role is full-time with comprehensive benefits, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and some overtime.

You will support aircraft engine repair projects, coordinate shipments and parts, and update customers and internal teams on progress. The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a customer-facing team to manage aircraft engine repair projects
• Working with customers to coordinate inbound engine shipments, accessories, and parts
• Providing periodic status updates to customers and internal teams as engines progress through the repair process
• Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
