The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–4 years' experience; a 12–18 month contract with a pay range of $35–$40 per hour. You will drive end-to-end launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PLM software, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end launch process for new products from concept to market release.
• Manage cross-functional project timelines, ensuring all teams meet key milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, prototypes, and meeting records.
