Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field preferred.
Up to 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Knowledge of company standards and good practices.
Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues where safety and schedule can conflict.
Monitor and update schedules via meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
Monitor and maintain the change notice/change order management system.
Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
Develop and maintain the cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, contractor invoices and cost reports.
