Hargrove Life Sciences, LLC is seeking an experienced planner to lead schedules for heavy industrial projects, monitor costs, and prepare estimates. The role requires strict adherence to company standards and excellent attention to detail.

You will forecast construction activities and manage change notices, working on-site with the project team in the Philadelphia area. Under supervision, you will maintain the cost system, coordinate change hearings, and produce cost reports to help keep

Responsabilidades

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues where safety and schedule can potentially be in conflict.
• Monitor and update schedules by obtaining updates through meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
• Maintain the change notice/change order management system.
• Assist in facilitating weekly change notice hearings and change committee meetings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including estimates associated with change notices.
• Develop and maintain the cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, contractor invoices and producing cost reports.
