AZCO is seeking a Project Controls professional to manage scheduling, cost reporting and cash flow for multiple projects across the US. You will set up projects in enterprise planning software, analyze data and prepare reports and WBS structures to support construction execution.

Responsibilities include maintaining earned value, monitoring resource loading, reviewing changes, and presenting cash flow and forecast analyses. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 3 years of direct project controls experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up project controls in planning software and develop scheduling, cost and cash flow reports.
• Create WBS and develop multiple schedules with logic ties.
• Maintain earned value management system and progress measurement.
• Coordinate with project team, accounting and suppliers on costs and changes.
• Support IPPM meetings and review change orders and forecasts.
