Job summary

AZCO, located in Wisconsin, is seeking a Staff Project Controls Specialist to lead project controls with the internal PM team, ensuring deliverables stay within budget and schedule. The role includes setup, data analysis, and reporting across multiple projects.

You will develop WBS, cash flows, forecasts, and earned value management, collaborating with accounting and supporting audits. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 3 years of project controls experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make sound decisions.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the PM team to meet budget and schedule.
• Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Develop and maintain scheduling reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Create WBS and develop various schedule reports.
• Review change orders and monitor earned value management.
• Interface with Project Management and Accounting; support audits.
• Perform field audits and quality checks on project controls deliverables.
