Job summary

AZCO is seeking a Staff Project Controls Specialist to lead project controls with the internal PM team, ensuring deliverables stay within budget and schedule.

You will set up projects in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software, analyze data, develop scheduling and cost reports, and manage cash flows across multiple projects. Strong communication and field audit capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of direct project controls experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the PM team to meet budget and schedule.
• Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Develop, maintain scheduling, cost, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Review logs, run reports, and analyze data.
• Approve PO's and subcontracts for proper coding.
• Maintain earned value management system and progress measurement.
• Interface with accounting and project teams for cost reviews.
• Conduct field audits to validate reporting accuracy.
