Job summary

AZCO is seeking a Project Controls professional to manage schedules, cost reporting, and earned value across multiple projects. The role requires setting up projects in ERP planning software, creating WBS, and producing cash flow forecasts while coordinating with project management and accounting teams.

Strong data analysis, communication, and independent work are essential. Experience with Primavera P6 and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred; OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3 years of direct project controls experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Analyze data, review logs, and run reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts for multiple projects.
• Follow project execution plans and support project controls delivery.
• Interact with Project Management and Accounting to review costs and support audits.
• Develop and present cash flow reports and various schedule formats.
• Maintain earned value management system and progress measurement.
