Job summary

AZCO is seeking an Assistant Project Controls Specialist to support project controls and reporting, including cost control, progress measurement, and schedule development. You will assist with WBS creation, data input, and generating scheduling and cost reports for small projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, and cost reporting is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle Primavera P6 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls and reporting functions.
• Assist with creating WBS and scheduling reports.
• Input data, logs, and run reports in scheduling/cost software.
• Assist with cost forecasts, cash flows, and earned value management.
• Coordinate scheduling progress, updates, and field audits to validate reporting.
