AZCO is seeking a Project Controls professional to manage scheduling, cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, and earned value for multiple projects. The role involves setting up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to project execution plans.

Collaboration with project management and accounting teams is essential to review costs, change orders, and contingency forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 3 years of direct project controls experience
• Or applicable experience may substitute the degree requirement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification

Responsabilités

• Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software
• Analyze data, review logs, and run reports
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Develop and maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts
• Follow project execution plans
• Provide scheduling, cost control and procurement planning
• Serve as point of contact for technical questions from the project team
• Approve Purchase Orders and Subcontracts for proper coding
• Interface with Project Management and Accounting to review costs
• Review change orders and develop cash flow reports
• Develop various schedule reports and review logic ties in schedules
• Monitor resource loading and progress
• Support IPPM meetings and reporting
• Develop earned value management system and progress curves
• Carry out field audits and quality checks
• Capable of Project Forensic Analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned
