Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned Planning, Scheduling and Cost Control Specialist to support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners. You will generate reports from ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6, SAP and Power BI, monitor KPI progress, and assist with cost control presentations and resource planning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6,

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP and Power BI for project controls.
Ability to develop construction schedules and man-hour budgets.

Responsibilities

Generate reports from ATLIS and SAP; consolidate in Power BI.
Monitor maintenance compliance; identify issues and suggest solutions.
Prepare cost control presentations with graphs and tables.
Maintain KPI tracking and central maintenance metrics.
Create graphics/slicers for maintenance change orders.
Investigate schedule dispatch compliance and process improvements.
