Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Administrator in Freeport, TX to support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners. The role focuses on generating reports from ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6, and consolidating data in Power BI to monitor KPI progress.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI, and a strong ability to present data visually for cost control discussions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science or Building Science preferred.
• 5+ years of planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports from ATLIS, SAP, and consolidate in Power BI.
• Monitor maintenance compliance and advise on resources and schedule constraints.
• Prepare cost control presentations with graphs, charts and tables.
