Job summary

Hargrove seeks a senior planner/scheduler with cost control expertise to support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners. You will generate reports from ATLIS, SAP, and Primavera P6, consolidating data in Power BI to manage resources and schedules.

You will monitor maintenance compliance, prepare cost-control presentations, and maintain KPI-tracking systems. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Primavera is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Timberline Estimating software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports from ATLIS Software and SAP consolidating information in PowerBI.
• Monitor maintenance compliance and provide solutions for resources and schedule constraints.
• Prepare reports on cost control topics with graphs, charts, and tables.
• Maintain tracking systems to monitor KPI progress.
• Maintain central maintenance metrics and graphics via SAP and PowerBI reporting.
• Create graphics/slicers for maintenance field change orders (FCO).
• Investigate SAP work order schedule dispatch compliance.
• Engage in process discussions and improvements.
• Support Central Craft Dispatch response tool and related meetings.
• Assist BASF Cost Control reporting and improve processes.
