Onset Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage project schedules, forecast costs, and deliver performance reports. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams to monitor progress and support successful project execution.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Primavera P6 and Power BI experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost management, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports or similar tools.
• Understanding of cost forecasting, project financials, and earned value concepts.
• Familiarity with AP workflows and invoice tracking processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 aligned with execution plans.
• Prepare and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting packages for schedule, cost, risks, and trends.
• Present project updates, forecasts, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support cost forecasting, budget development, variance analysis, and monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate with AP teams to validate invoices and track commitments for accurate reporting.
• Assist with change management, tracking change requests and impacts.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, logs, and repositories.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams for integrated planning.
