Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Planning, Cost Control, and Estimating professional for our Texas operations. You will generate cross-system reports, consolidate data in Power BI, and monitor KPI-driven maintenance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning, scheduling, and estimating, with strong SAP, Primavera P6, and Timberline Estimating expertise. Collaboration with engineering and site teams is essential to maintain schedule integrity and cost control.

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project scheduling software and Timberline Estimating software.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop construction cost estimates, schedules, and man-hour budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Generate reports from ATLIS Software and SAP consolidating information in Power BI.
• Monitor maintenance compliance and identify issues to manage resources and schedules.
• Prepare cost control reports with visuals (graphs, charts, tables).
• Maintain tracking systems to monitor KPI progress and central maintenance metrics.
• Create graphics for maintenance field change orders (FCO).
• Investigate SAP work order schedule dispatch compliance and BASF cost control reporting.

What You'll Be DoingJob Scope: Support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners by generating reports from the ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6 Software and consolidating this information in Power BI. Monitor maintenance compliance, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to manage resources and schedule constraints. Assist in preparing presentations on cost control topics, incorporating visual aids such as graphs, charts, and tables. Maintain tracking systems to monitor progress against expectations for various key performance indicators (KPI). Highly proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Generate reports from ATLIS Software and SAP consolidating information in PowerBIMonitor maintenance compliance, identify potential issues, and provide suggestions to manage resources and schedule constraintsPrepare reports on cost control topics, incorporating visual aids such as graphs, charts, and tablesMaintain tracking systems to monitor progress against expectations for various key performance indicators (KPI)Maintain central maintenance metrics and graphics, and ensure compliance through SAP and PowerBI reportingCreate graphics/slicers for maintenance field change orders (FCO)Conduct internal (BASF) and external Site contractor) process investigation so Perform scope reconciliation reviewInvestigate SAP work order schedule dispatch complianceEngage in process discussions and improvementsSupport Central Craft Dispatch response tool and attend related meetingsAssist with BASF Cost Control reporting• Implementation and improvement of processes and reportingIdeal BackgroundEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is highly preferred.Certification: No certification is required for this position.Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.Extreme attention to detail.Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the function of all engineering disciplines.Understanding of existing and potential customer deliverable expectations and preferences.Ability to set priorities.Ability to effectively discuss and correspond with engineering disciplines and/or contractors to ascertain and understand pertinent information concerning schedules, scopes of work, estimates and/or project costs.Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills.Knowledge of other disciplines deliverable development to ensure coordination of efforts.Knowledge and understanding of schedule constraints and information requirements for the production of all project controls deliverables.Ability to develop a construction cost estimate, a detailed engineering schedule and a man-hour budget for a small project or an area for a larger project.Ability to determine construction material quantities.Experienced in estimating and scheduling professional service hours and assessing the progress and quality of project controls work.Ability to accurately estimate completion of assigned tasks.Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software and Timberline Estimating software.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.Hargrove CultureWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
