Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. in Texas is seeking an experienced planner/cost control professional to support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners.

You will generate reports from ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6, and SAP, consolidating data in Power BI to improve resource scheduling and decision making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI and Primavera P6, and a Bachelor or Master

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI and Primavera P6.
Ability to develop construction cost estimates and schedules.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with priorities.

Responsibilities

Generate reports from ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6 and consolidate in Power BI.
Monitor maintenance compliance, identify issues, and optimize resources and scheduling.
Prepare cost control presentations with graphs, charts and tables.
Maintain tracking systems to monitor KPIs and progress against expectations.
Assist BASF Cost Control reporting and process improvements.
