Primoris Heavy Civil in Belton, TX is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to support the financial and operational success of assigned projects through advanced cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting. You will partner with project teams to identify risks and opportunities and ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong project controls knowledge, experience with EVM, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while handling moderately complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, ENG, business, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, or related field in construction.
• 2–4 years in heavy civil construction environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets from estimates and allocate costs to codes of accounts.
• Lead project setup activities including coding structure, budget loading, and baseline establishment.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across planning, procurement, construction, and closeout.
