Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support monitoring and development of schedules for small to medium projects. You will work with the Project Manager to compile data, present progress, and participate in coordination meetings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail and collaboration in a large, employee-owned organization. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera or MS Project, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project and other scheduling tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to participate in our employee-owned culture.
• Sponsorship for US employment is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Controls Manager with monitoring aspects of projects.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for small to medium projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress and provide written schedule progress summaries.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, resources and milestones.
• Perform other duties as needed.
