Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls, Scheduler II to support project scheduling for diverse construction initiatives. You will assist the Project Manager and Project Controls Manager, develop and maintain schedules, and prepare progress reports for small to mid-size projects across multiple locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in construction scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project and/or other scheduling products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring project schedules.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for small to medium-size projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress and provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, milestones, and level of effort.
