Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to assist in monitoring and developing schedules for small to medium projects, ensuring progress is tracked and reported accurately. You will work with Project Managers and the team to maintain schedule integrity and coordinate with stakeholders.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in construction scheduling, with proficiency in Primvera, MS Project, and MS Office. Cost control experience and various certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera or MS Project.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring project aspects.
• Develop, evaluate, and present schedule data for small to medium-size projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress and provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts and related activities.
