HDR is seeking a Project Controls, Scheduler II to support project managers with monitoring and scheduling for small to mid-size projects across various locations. The role requires experience in construction scheduling, understanding of Primavera/MS Project, and cost/resource-loaded schedules.

You will work within HDR's employee-owned culture, collaborating with teams to ensure accurate progress reporting and schedule integrity. A bachelor’s degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years in construction scheduling.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or other).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.
• Visa sponsorship for US employment is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring project aspects.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for small to mid-size projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress; provide schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, resources, milestones, and presentation of schedules.
