Job summary

HDR seeks a Project Controls Scheduler II to support project managers by developing and maintaining schedules for small to medium projects. You will monitor progress, analyze data, and prepare written schedule updates while collaborating in project coordination meetings.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera or MS Project, and a solid understanding of cost- and resource-loaded schedules. HDR values an active employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of Construction Scheduling experience.
Ability to interpret construction schedules.
Familiarity with scheduling software.
Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
Certifications (PMI-SP, PMP, EIT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager or Controls Manager with monitoring project aspects.
Develop, evaluate, and present schedules for small to medium projects.
Monitor and document construction progress; prepare schedule progress reports.
Participate in project coordination meetings.
Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic, milestones, and resources.
