Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to enhance project delivery for a variety of large-scale construction initiatives. You will support scheduling for small to medium projects, monitor progress, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction scheduling, strong familiarity with Primavera or MS Project, and a solid cost-control background within an employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring aspects of a project with high energy and great attention to detail.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data and use it to develop schedules for execution of work for small to medium-size projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress and provide written summary progress reports of the schedule.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, schedule resources, milestones, level of effort and presentation of schedules.
