Zusammenfassung

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to guide project controls practice within the Building Engineering Services group. You will manage schedule, cost, risk, and change across major data center, hotel, finance, and BES projects, mentoring staff and expanding the practice.

You will collaborate with engineering, project managers, and regional leaders to implement best practices, templates, and effective controls across multiple locations including Los Angeles.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in project controls management for BES infrastructure projects
• Experience with large EPC-type projects and complex programs
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Familiar with multiple delivery methods and PMIS tools

• Coordinate project controls across the BES group and oversee schedule, cost, and change management
• Lead staffing, mentoring, and onboarding of project controls personnel
• Develop and improve project controls templates, plans, and governance
• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and report to stakeholders
• Support pursuit teams and collaboration with regional operations and clients
