Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to lead day-to-day project controls on assigned projects, integrating cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and change management to support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.

The role is embedded within the project team, requiring ownership, commercial awareness, strong communication, and adherence to enterprise standards and methodologies across small-to-medium projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an individual contributor leading project controls on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls resource on assigned projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial, schedule, and execution decisions.
• Lead cost management including budget maintenance, variance analysis, and forecast development.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, analyze critical paths, milestones, and resource needs.
• Facilitate risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation planning with a formal risk register.
• Administer change management including tracking scope changes and impacts on cost and schedule.
• Incorporate energy performance metrics and related economics into Project Controls processes for assigned projects.
