Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to serve as the subject-matter expert in planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting. You will partner with project teams to implement controls systems and drive earned value management practices across complex energy infrastructure initiatives.

Role requires 3–5 years in project controls, a 4-year degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of project controls or project management experience in the commercial construction market.
  • Experience using Primavera.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and construction terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the project controls execution plan.
  • Implement the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process.
  • Implement the project OBS, WBS, and CBS in the required financial and progress systems.
  • Owns monthly budget, schedule, change management tracking, and project risk reporting.
  • Works closely with Project Accounting to manage project cash flow, revenue recognition, and billing.
  • Provide timely and accurate Schedule, Cost and Progress Measurement data and analysis.
