Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to lead day-to-day controls on assigned projects. You will oversee cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change management, energy performance, and reporting to support informed decisions and successful outcomes.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with multiple disciplines, maintaining baseline controls, and driving corrective actions while applying enterprise standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of project controls or project management experience, preferably in construction/ EPC.
• Experience with Primavera is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of contract and construction terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls execution on assigned projects under the Project Controls Director.
• Manage cost, schedule, forecasts, risk, and change management.
• Develop baselines, look-ahead schedules, and reporting cadence.
• Analyze variances, trends, and performance drivers for informed decisions.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and project teams to align data.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project controls staff.
• Ensure enterprise standards and continuous improvement in controls processes.
