TGW Systems Inc. is seeking a Project Controller in Grand Rapids to partner with project managers on financials across the full project lifecycle.

You will own cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support compliant, accurate project finances. You will validate costs, monitor variances, develop dashboards and KPIs, and assist with month-end closes, audits, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to contractual terms and internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including project or job-cost accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial setup, maintenance, reporting, and closeout of assigned projects.
• Validate project costs, cost-to-complete estimates, margins, contingencies, and expected financial outcomes.
• Analyze actual results against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods; identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain accurate job costs, POs, billing plans, change orders, provisions, and forecasts.
• Prepare project financial summaries, dashboards, KPIs, and margin analyses for management meetings.
• Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and ad hoc analysis.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, controls, and contractual terms.
