This role is focused on reporting, tracking, and procurement coordination to support multiple projects. Applicants should have at least two years of experience and a degree in Business Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of technical administration experience in material handling industry.
• Ability to influence and manage relationships in complex environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in business systems and tools.
• Create and manage centralized project documentation.
• Administer stage gate processes and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards.
• Support project financial tracking including budgets and forecasts.
• Manage procurement processes including raising Purchase Orders.
