Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or plant-controlling experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing, costing, inventory analysis, and financial forecasting.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant costing activities, including inventory costing, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve productivity, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including sales, expenses, inventory, cash flow, and capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audit, tax, and internal control requirements.
• Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA designation preferred

7+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or plant-controlling experience
