Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Project Control Analyst in White Sands, NM to support multiple government contracts. The role will monitor financials, manage accruals, billings, and forecasting while coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of project control experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or equivalent experience.
• Two years of project control experience is required.
• Understanding of GAAP and Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand project structure, cost accruals, billings and financial reporting.
• Set up projects and understand government contract requirements.
• Ensure invoices align with contract requirements and reconcile billings per CLIN.
• Prepare monthly project accruals and coordinate between accounting and project managers.
• Analyze actual costs for improper allocations and assist in corrections.
