Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect exterior property conditions and identify restoration opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters with company-provided training.
• Educate homeowners about exterior restoration solutions.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

As a Project Consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Report To Office:

Nixa, MO 65714

Hiring throughout southwest Missouri, including the Springfield, Bolivar, Lebanon, and Joplin areas.

Important: Your primary reporting location is the Nixa office. Local travel throughout the assigned market is required.

Job Snapshot

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company-provided training and technology.
• Educate homeowners about exterior restoration solutions.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout their projects.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers after project completion.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, customer service, hospitality, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing environments can translate well into this role.
