Aspen Contracting, Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Project Consultant to build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, and guide customers from inspection to project completion.

This full-time W-2 role offers uncapped commission and weekly pay with a compensation range of $50,000–$200,000+ annually, plus paid training and career advancement opportunities. No roofing experience is required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed to travel

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities.

Important: This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.
