Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Consultant to work directly with homeowners in the Kansas City market, delivering professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional service from inspection through project completion.

You’ll build relationships, generate new business, and guide customers through the process with company technology and training, while traveling locally and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Able to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and inspect properties for storm damage.
• Provide restoration solutions and guide customers from inspection to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas served by the Lee's Summit market.

Important: This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office.

What You’ll Do
