Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain DoD SAP approval
• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 1–2 years related experience (level dependent)
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience presenting to management and customers

Responsibilities

• Develop change request packages and present to the change board
• Ensure packages meet quality standards and are board-ready
• Coordinate follow-up, resolution, and approvals
• Input into impact assessments
• Coordinate and close out board action items
• Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests
• Ensure approved changes are implemented prior to closure
• Ensure timely closure of change requests
