Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Change Engineer for the Sentinel Systems Engineering team in Roy, Utah. You will lead cradle-to-grave changes across the program baseline, preparing change packages and guiding them through Change Boards.

The role requires DoD security clearance, strong MBSE and CM/PLM experience, and a proven track record in engineering change processes within defense programs. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies a standard 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance
• DoD Top Secret clearance within reasonable period (preferred)
• Experience writing, managing, and tracking complex requirements
• Experience with MBSE and system engineering principles
• Experience in Engineering Change Proposal and PLM tools
• Experience in CMDM, CM processes, and CM tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee changes to the program and technical baseline
• Develop change request packages and present to Change Boards
• Ensure packages meet quality standards and are board ready
• Coordinate impact assessments and action item closures
• Interface with Configuration Management for change requests
• Ensure changes are implemented and closed timely
