Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer in Roy, Utah to support the Sentinel Program. The role focuses on integration, verification, and sustainment across multiple lifecycle phases of complex weapon-system components.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, mentor engineers, and drive interface requirements and design solutions to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance in scope.
• BS in STEM with 5+ years of related experience (MS 3, PhD 1).
• Experience on large aerospace/defense systems and DOORS.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design integration and analyze gaps at high level.
• Lead technical and process gap resolution across interfaces.
• Coordinate between SEIT and other integration teams.
• Contribute to planning, verification, validation, and risk analysis.
