Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years related experience, 6 years with Masters.
• US Citizen with active Secret security clearance.
• 2+ years in SE lifecycle: requirements, architecture, verification, interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and programmatic leadership for a team of ~10 FTE performing systems engineering functions.
• Serve as Work Package Lead with cost, schedule, and earned value responsibilities for the team.
• Review OPSCON documentation to understand requirements decomposition for support equipment.
• Generate OPSCON docs to identify activities and equipment for prime mission support.
• Develop interfaces (IR, IDD, ICM) and mature verification matrix (VAM).
• Perform requirements and verification planning for 200+ pieces of support equipment.
• Own employee performance management, mentorship, training, and career development.
