Job summary

Consor is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage the full billing cycle for multiple projects. You will review contracts, prepare and submit invoices, and liaise with project managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 2+ years in project billing, experience with Deltek ERP, and strong Excel skills. AEC industry exposure is preferred, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with project billing in an AEC environment.
• TXDOT or other DOT invoicing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with formula-driven spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract-based billing and change orders.
• Prepare invoices with supporting documentation.
• Deliver invoices via mail, email, or e-invoicing platforms.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and monitor aged AR balances.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to include billable vouchers and expenses.
