Job summary

Consor is seeking a Billing Analyst in Houston to manage the full billing cycle for multiple projects. You will coordinate with project managers, prepare comprehensive invoice packages, and ensure timely delivery to clients via various platforms.

The role requires at least 2 years in project billing, experience with Deltek ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work options may be available based on role responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project billing experience (AEC preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel with formula-driven spreadsheets.
• Experience with Deltek ERP systems (Vision or Vantagepoint).
• Degree in accounting/finance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with project managers on contracts, change orders, and billing.
• Input and code subconsultant invoices.
• Prepare invoice packages with supporting documentation.
• Deliver final invoices to clients by mail, email, or electronic platforms.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, including unbilled balances.
• Monitor aged AR balances and pursue collections as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to include billable vouchers and reimbursables.
• Report cash receipt issues and distribute AR reports.
• Monitor WIP and aging/unbilled items.
• Track subconsultant payments for compliance.
