Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support, system administration, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user accounts, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and security groups.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, VPN, connectivity, and printer issues.
• Monitor IT equipment inventory and asset tracking records.
• Respond to service requests via ticketing system with timely resolution.
• Support deployment of new hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, and user security awareness.
• Perform system configuration, patch management, and routine maintenance.
