Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years IT support, system administration, help desk, or technical support.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and access control.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience using ticket management and service desk systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and security group memberships.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity, wireless, VPN, and printer-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory and asset tracking records.
• Respond to service requests and incidents through the organization's ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Support deployment of new hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and user security awareness.
• Perform system configuration, software testing, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-based articles.Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and project personnel to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Support project site technology requirements, including workstation deployment, network connectivity, and communication systems.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, standards, and security requirements.
