University of Georgia in Athens, GA seeks a Project Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for the ERP project. The role covers planning, documentation, communication, and logistics from initiation to completion, with a 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, on site.
Responsibilities include budgeting support, meeting minutes, proposal review, and maintaining project records, working with internal teams and external partners.
Full‑time, on‑site position based in Athens, Georgia. Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Project Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of the ERP project across the organization. The role supports planning, documentation, communication, and logistics from initial planning through completion.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
Limited term appointment, expected to end December 2028. The position may be extended beyond the initial term contingent upon continued funding.
