The University of Georgia is seeking a Project Assistant to support ERP project management across departments. You will assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking to keep the ERP initiative on track.
In this role you will coordinate communications, organize materials, prepare summaries, and support logistics from initiation to closeout. Strong written and verbal communication are essential.

The Project Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of the ERP project across the organization. This includes gathering and processing project information, assisting with documentation, preparing communications, tracking progress, organizing materials, and supporting project activities from initial planning through completion. The role coordinates project activities to keep the project on schedule and provides logistical support such as meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.

Work is primarily performed in an office setting, involving extended periods of sitting and computer use.
