What We Do

The Implementation Coordinator oversees one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for project planning, providing status updates, and issue resolution. Duties may include order fulfillment, assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, developing schedules, communicating status and issues, and coordinating with other projects and work groups.

Essential Functions
  1. Independently oversee medium-scale projects or phases of larger projects related to onboarding customers.
  2. Coordinate activities of project team, identify resources, and develop schedules for timely completion.
  3. Define system scope and project objectives to support business needs, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  4. Develop project plans with goals, strategies, staffing, scheduling, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
  5. Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
  6. Prepare project documentation, including training and process materials.
  7. Interact with external customers during onboarding and oversee the process involving other teams.
  8. Create customer systems using proprietary software.
  9. Fulfill customer orders for printed products received via email and fax.
Job Qualifications

Typical Education & Experience:

  • Generally requires a BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically have 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of current technologies and methodologies for project planning and communication.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of business processes to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and light presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of communication tools and project management software.
  • Experience in the Real Estate and/or Title and Escrow industry is strongly desired.

Pay Range: $62,700 - $83,600 Annually

This range is an estimate and pay is based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
